This mountain bike advanced coaching session is aimed at confident experienced riders. Someone who finds themself doing reds and blacks but struggles to keep the speed up on descents and takes the chicken run instead of the features (jumps). This course is aimed at people who want to take their riding to the next level.
The content of this course will consist of red and black trails, steep sections, jumps, lumps, sharp corners, roots, rocks and more technical features. By the end of the session you will leave feeling a lot more confident at tackling gnarly MTB trails and features. Constructive feedback will be provided throughout the session to help you improve. The session will be in a relaxed motivating environment with everyone providing encouragement for one another.

The content of this course will consist of jump progression, getting your body position right on the bike, being able to generate speed through pumping. Gauging what speed is needed for what type of jump and understanding how to boost.
